I had a hygienist appointment today at 10am with Heleen, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had with a dental practice from start to finish. The service was exceptional and truly beyond my expectations. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. The procedure was carried out as efficiently as possible, while still being thorough and professional. My teeth are looking absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend visiting this practice for any dental treatments. Once again, a big thank you to Heleen and her colleague!

I had a great experience with Helene. I went in for a routine clean and an air-polishing treatment, which left my teeth feeling extremely smooth and fresh. Helene was very friendly and professional throughout the appointment. She took the time to explain what she was doing. Overall, the service was thorough and reassuring, and I left feeling well looked after. I would definitely recommend Helene to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive dentist.

Having not been to the dentist for a long time I had built up some anxiety, especially knowing my filling needed re-doing. Based on the many excellent reviews I decided to go with Better Care Clinic, and I’m so glad I did. I had my initial consultation with Dr Vishal Patel, and I was instantly put at ease with his professionalism and friendliness, and likewise with the colleague assisting him. The treatment I required was very clearly explained both verbally and with x-rays/ pictures. I subsequently booked two treatments, spanning two fillings and a clean and I am incredibly happy with the results. Dr Vishal conducted the procedures with great skill and care and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout, completely dispelling the anxiety I had initially felt. He also provided very valuable advice. Most importantly I am very happy with the treatment and will be using Better Care Clinic for my checkups and any treatments from now on. Highly recommended.
