Extremely disappointed with the service at Bupa Dental Care Watford. I brought my daughter in for a simple scale and clean to remove tartar. The entire procedure lasted no more than 10 seconds - literally. The dentist barely did anything. There was no proper cleaning, no polishing paste used, no proper care or attention at all. My daughter was not even given the opportunity to rinse her mouth afterwards. There was no explanation, no communication, and no professionalism. We were simply told we were done and could leave. This was not a dental cleaning - it felt rushed, careless, and completely unacceptable. I am genuinely shocked at the poor standard of care, especially from a clinic operating under the Bupa name, which I expected to be professional and trustworthy. This experience felt like they just wanted to get the patient out as quickly as possible without actually providing the service properly. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, especially for children. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.

I had a great experience at Bupa Dental Care Watford today. Dr William was professional and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Hygienist Uditha Patel was very friendly and gave me helpful advice, making the whole appointment comfortable and informative. The reception team were welcoming, and the practice was clean and well organised. I felt well cared for throughout and would highly recommend this practice and its excellent team.

I'm 37 years old and have been to several excellent hygenists in my life, but Udita is in a completely different league. She has a fantastic approach to patients (always smiling and charming), expert advice (thanks to Udita, I started taking proper care of my teeth), and after each visit, my teeth feel like new. I recommend her wholeheartedly. Udita, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your wonderful work. Happy New Year!
