Does this look like a “sealed temporary crown” does this look like my root canal tooth is being “protected from bacteria entering” Quite disappointed. Manager of the place Sadiyah tells me “nhs give us rubbish material, temporary crowns are meant to break” that’s funny. I asked her are they meant to break within an hour? This practice believes it’s completely normal. I have a root canal tooth that needs a permanent crown. I went through all the procedures for the crown not to fit and now I have to wait till the 27th. Temporary crown put on my tooth broke within an hour and they didn’t want to fix it even though the whole side of my tooth is exposed, the gumline had a blood spot and it’s a root canal tooth which is already weakened. I shouldn’t be concerned at all right? Sadiyah needs to learn how to acknowledge when something is wrong rather than blindly defending the indefensible. A quick ask around the dentists in the area and you will quickly gather that temporary crowns shouldn’t be breaking within an hour and that it isn’t too much to ask to have them repaired. Maybe it’s common sense? This isn’t free. I’m paying over £300 for a permanent crown. The least I expect is a protected root canal tooth until my permanent crown.

When it came to the main procedure, she provided clear options to help me make an informed decision. Her honest, transparent, and trustworthy approach gave me confidence throughout. The thoughtful follow up call the next day to check on my wellbeing was a lovely touch that showed genuine care and professionalism.

I have been having dental surgery under Dr Davesh Patel since April 2025. I have had 1 implant done and am waiting for 2 more implants ro be done. I found Dr Davesh Patel to be very patient and pleasant. He took his time to explain every step of the procedure in detail calmly after taking xrays and scans. He also explained the issues and how he would resolve them before proceeding with the implant. I am very satisfied with the implant and will not hesitate to recommend Dr Davesh Patel to any family members, relatives and friends. A masive thank you to Dr Davesh Patel for the service provided. Before I end, I would add that the receiption staff are all very helpful and pleasant too
