Cancelled my son's dental appointment today via text with no explanation and we were due there in an hour. Said their only dentist left as she was unwell and wouldn't let me rebook. Sorry, she's unwell but that's totally unacceptable. I had scheduled our day around my autistic son's dental check up only to be let down last minute. I purposely scheduled the appointment during half-term so I wouldn't have to take time out of work and/or collect him from school to attend. We will find a more reliable service elsewhere.

I am very happy to recommend this dental practice. Dr. Synthuja is amazing and very professional, the staff is very polite and welcoming , always there to help with everything i need. Thank you very much.

I first met Dr. Synthuja Sundaram during an emergency dental appointment, and I’ve been lucky enough to become her NHS patient ever since. Honestly, I feel so fortunate to have found her — she is incredibly patient, gentle, professional, and genuinely kind. I’ve always had weak teeth, and recently, several of them started having problems all at once. This meant I had to book several follow-up appointments in a short period of time. Dr. Sundaram never made me feel like I was being a bother. Instead, she always took the time to carefully explain what was happening and what each treatment involved. She handled everything with great care and also helped refer me to a specialist when needed. The receptionists have also been really helpful — whenever I was in a lot of pain, they kindly arranged the earliest available appointment for me. I’m truly grateful to them as well. I’m genuinely thankful to the whole team. They’ve been amazing, and I feel very lucky to be under their care.

THE best customer service I have experienced in a very long time from any establishment! The receptionist is very welcoming and friendly, an honest asset to the surgery. My dentist (Synthuja) is very quick, professional and caring - the best dentist I’ve seen. Highly recommend!

My whole family attends this dentist. Receptionist is very friendly, kind, patient and welcoming. Dentists and dental assistants are professional and attentive. The building is not a looker from the outside, but the service that awaits you inside is fantastic.
