I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Laleh Salmani at Richmond Hill Dental. She is incredibly lovely, reassuring and processional, and from the very first appointment I felt completely at ease - something I never thought possible after many traumatizing dental experiences in my childhood. She is truly the first dentist I have not been scared to visit. Dr Laleh did an amazing job on my front teeth – they look aligned, natural and beautifully shaped. Her attention to detail and gently approach made all the difference. What stood out even more is her honest and straightforward professional recommendations. She always explains everything clearly, never pushes unnecessary treatments, and actually helps save mover and avoid extra dental visits. It’s rate to find a dentist who genuinely puts patients first but Dr Laleh does exactly that. She consistently prioritizes her patients’ well-being and delivers care with integrity and kindness. And I can’t forget the front desk team – the receptionists are always incredible helpful, friendly and efficient, making every visit smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I’m beyond grateful to have found Dr Laleh Salmani. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, trustworthy and truly exceptional, I cannot recommend Dr Laleh enough.

Dr Rana Has been my dentist for 35+ years, He is a superb Dentist as is Libby Brown as a hygienist who I give both 5 stars. The front desk recently has proved to be extremely frustrating to interact with and no longer have the personalised excellent customer service that was there prior to that. I’ve approached the front desk through emails and direct feedback but found their response extremely abrupt and dismissive blaming the booking System They did not want to take of the gift of customer feedback or time to learn more and understand the impact and frustration it causes hence they deserve 1 star only

Since change of ownership this place has changed for the worse. Dr Rana is one in a million and looked after my father, mother, then myself, husband and three children. Always exemplary care. Hygienists also wonderful. However in the change over last year there have been issues with communication and service from the office. Last year we had difficulty getting contact by phone, email and getting a referral through to a consultant. I am now saddened that after 40 years of my custom, they inform me (private patient) that my three children can no longer be NHS patients (my children love their dentist). The front office staff have been immovable, they give an air of disinterest and when I explained that a more local dentist would provide NHS only if the parents were private, they jumped at the offer to remove myself and my husband from the system! It is a shame because had they honoured the NHS promise to my children, they would have been fee paying customers for them in just a few years as adults. Since changeover I have noticed that the best hygienist has left and the most awesome Gill (from the reception) has left. Maybe it is not just me?
