I visited this private dental clinic for my young son, and the receptionist, Rima, treated me extremely rudely for no valid reason, especially while I was answering questions from another receptionist nearby. She told me to "move aside" because she was "on the phone and couldn't hear," in a very disrespectful manner. Her behavior was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and clearly discriminatory. As an NHS patient, it was very upsetting to be treated this way — it felt as if we were unwanted simply because we were being seen under the NHS scheme. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. If you have no choice but to visit, be aware of Rima’s unacceptable behavior.
