I had a really great experience at this clinic. I came in for periodontal treatment and saw a big improvement after the treatment, which I’m very happy with. Huge thanks to Dr Pasquale for the treatment, Dr Liu for check-up and the referral. All the dentists were professional, kind, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The front desk team were also fantastic, always friendly and very quick to respond. Special thanks to Lara, incredibly helpful throughout. Overall, I felt very well looked after and would definitely recommend this clinic.

Untrustworthy business. I Called and clearly explained my situation, I was quoted a price and fully paid in advance. Small detail (hint: sarcasm), the receptionist misquoted the price and it costed me almost double. If they had told me over the phone the correct price I would NOT have gone there as most places I know do the same and better at cheaper prices. So, I feel they lured me in by misleading me about the price. According to the dentist if a patient comes with a problem then it is an emergency appointment and that is what I should have been told over the phone when I explained my problem, instead of being misled and I would NOT have gone there if they had been honest. Even when I was at reception before booking the appointment they confirmed the price was the lower one and asked me to pay that one. It was only after the appointment that I was told the correct price and NOTHING NEW HAD HAPPENED IN THE MEANTIME AS I HAD CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE ISSUE OVER THE PHONE, so it is extremely difficult to believe in their good intentions. If it was a genuine mistake they would have apologised and made me pay the quoted price, realising it was their fault. My dentist doesn’t have panoramic x ray equipment so I was only looking to have that x ray done and nothing else and I clearly explained it over the phone. They did not even do what I wanted and clearly and immediately asked for, which was a panoramic x-ray, they made me pay for teeth x rays I did not want and I did not ask for as I had already had them done at my dentist and clearly said I had had a check up not even two months ago, so my dentist had already done them. She did put the panoramic x ray to be done at the next appointment though….(which is never going to happen) so it means for my case it is clinically relevant, which I already knew as I know my situation. It was their fault for giving me wrong information and misleading me, but none of them even apologised and just overcharged me, which made me feel probably it was not a genuine mistake, but more of a strategy. The receptionist kept on making excuses trying to cover their mistake and pretend it never happened. I requested for my details to be completely deleted as per GDPR regulations, but the receptionist kept on smirking and telling me they don’t have a ‘delete’ button as if there are valid excuses to not comply with the law (there are not). I had to insist a lot, she did not care at all and was acting very annoyed even if that was my legal right! I would never go again to a place I cannot trust and that believes complying with the law is optional. I clearly stated I wanted a panoramic x ray and I am now out of pocket and no panoramic x ray. They made me pay for a complete discussion that I never requested and never wanted. The dentist did not care at all about what I wanted and she just did whatever she wanted to do as I had clearly told her I had already seen a maxillo facial specialist and had an MRI. I am glad I did not go there for something more expensive and serious. At a certain point I casually asked if they did a splint and that turned into a full upselling conversation which I was not interested in having and made me feel extremely uncomfortable, so I told them I was leaving soon for a long holiday to try and get out of that. I only expected a yes/no reply and the long upselling was awful, she even prepared a quote I never even asked for! The email they sent me about the quote I never even requested states ‘At tooth we always aim to be upfront and open with our treatments and pricing plans.’ LOL that was definitely NOT my experience with you!!! It was your mistake to mislead me and you should have taken responsibility for it and not overcharged me. luring people in by misleading them is not a good strategy as they will not become your patients as they will not be able to ever trust you. now I value my old dentist even more: who has no uncomfortable unrequested upselling talks, no emergency appointments at double the price, doesn’t mislead me and doesn’t take advantage of me.

I started going to Tooth in October 2025 after I woke up with sudden gum pain and swelling. I have some medical conditions which mean I feel unusual amounts of pain even for everyday treatments like a hygienist appointment. This is the only place where I was immediately believed and offered anaesthesia for the treatment. At the last place I went before tooth, I had been tutted at for showing pain as if this was impossible. Here they gave me the confidence to come back at regular intervals and not leave it 3 years between appointments.
