⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Covent Garden Aesthetic Clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results. The doctor who treated me was excellent – knowledgeable, professional, and clear in explaining the procedure. The appointment was efficient, the treatment completely painless, and everything was handled in a calm and professional manner. I’ve just finished a year of Invisalign and my teeth were more stained than I liked. I’ve tried at-home gels before, which are fine, but this treatment made a noticeable difference in just 45 minutes. The results are excellent. I also appreciated the small details, such as checking comfort and offering music during the treatment. Highly recommend the clinic and the doctor for professionalism and results.

I just would like to share the most horrific experience my family and I had in this "clinic", so that nobody should go through this disgrace/nightmare. ****** FIRST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE(which was deleted as per clinic request in exchange of trying to make the teeth whitening again): "I am so sorry but I have to say the experience was really bad. I got the teeth whitening for my wife as her birthday gift. She does teeth cleaning every 6 months, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke, only uses expensive whitening toothpaste and look so well after her teeth. The results was a really let down as barely any whitening could be notice or any difference. I meant, come on, that's really really bad as she also reported that the lady left her alone in the room and my wife started feeling her tongue burning, so my wife had to start banging things around the room to call her attention as she couldn't speak due to the things in her mouth. Meanwhile I was outside with the kids as we were not allowed to stay in DESPITE the clinic being empty and the next appointment was for 1 hour later, after my wife's appointment. Honestly what was supposed to be the best gift for her birthday, turned our to be the worst as NO results was showing!!! I am sooo angry at myself for working so hard for my money and now £159 is just gone. I wish I could have never done this mistake and hope nobody else will do." ***** SECOND PART OF THE EXPERIENCE (During the 2nd attempt for the teeth whitening), Message sent to the Clinic WhatsApp number: "Hi, You may have already heard from the staff about the accident that has happened in the clinic on Saturday which could have led to a tragedy. While I was speaking to your staff about the treatment, our 4 year old daughter was in the toilet with her mum. As my daughter opened the toilet door to get out, it led her to fall from almost 3 meters high down the stairs to the basement of the clinic. This was the most horrific scene I have seen in my life. What is even worse is the fact that your clinic premises do not comply with the safety of the customers. How could the opening of the toilet door be lead directly to a stairs??? This is an extremely serious safety issue that should have been resolved/avoided long ago. Why there is no stair gate or anything to prevent the customer from falling? Or why does the door not open on the other side so that at least the door could shield a person from falling?I am seriously considering to bring this matter to the authorities as the incident with my daughter could have led her to death and naturally, I also do not want this to happen to any other customers in the future. As you can appreciate, it has just ruined our family weekend out. We had to cancel our plans to go to UCLH A&E. Up on showing the attached pictures to the nurses/doctor, they couldn't believe that something worse did not happen. My daughter was constantly crying in pain, had red marks/bruises all over her back, and complained up until today of head and low back pain. Really this situation is extremely infuriating as it could have been easily avoided if you could have provided customers with a safe environment. I can't recommend your clinic as it is not safe for the customers and does not bring any results as you advertise." The POOR response from the clinic: "Andre all I can do is apologise for the situation and I am glad to hear that your daughter is on the road to recovery. We will look at health and safety procedures to make sure an incident like that won't happen again"

I had my teeth whitening done with Victor at this clinic for the second time and he provided outstanding service and care throughout. He was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable at every step, he was thorough and particular about protecting my gums, assuring me at every step and checking in with me whilst the zoom was on. I’m really pleased with the instant results and highly recommend Victor and the clinic if you want instantly white teeth carried out in a clinical setting which is safe for sensitive teeth.
