I wish I could rate Zero!!!!!! It’s taken me a while to write this, I went to the practice once before and it just came up in my search for a new dentist. I believe that not all situations are the same and some might just have a more negative experience than others however after reading the reviews here I am utterly shocked that so many of us have experienced the same treatment. Fearful of dentists, I thought that this could be a good place to go with the way they are marketed but I have to say the shock was something I was NOT prepared for. I went to my appointment already nervous and these nerves did not settle. Not only was Dr Antonia rude to me but to her staff! There was a lady there named Sally and honestly I felt bad for the way that Dr spoke to her. I really hope she’s left by now. She seemed nice as if she does what shes told but is met with constant patronising criticism. I have no doubt the other employees are subject to this as well. It really does not seem like a good work environment. From there I went with Dr Antonia and explained my previous work and what I thought might be needed. After critiquing other dentist and belittling me for not being "certified enough" for an opinion the rest of the appointment was just unbearable. I would never recommend nor return to that awful practice. I feel deeply for the people who work there

I've been coming to the Gentle Dentist for about 20 years and can't think of anything I could fault during that time. Toni has the perfect touch for a dentist, doing the potentially painful stuff quickly, confidently and with plenty of analgesia! Chris the hygienist gets teeth really clean with the minimum discomfort. Sally, Karine and the rest of the support team are helpful and effective. They always do their utmost to fit in urgent appointments and provide great advice over the phone. Their professionalism and service are the best.

I’ve been going to the Gentle Dentist for almost 20 years. I’ve had major and minor procedures done, and regular cleaning with their hygienists. It has always been a very positive experience for me: professional and gentle. Their rates are reasonable for London. My wife and other members of my family also go to them now, having recently switched from another dentist, and have had similarly positive experiences. I am happy to recommend them without hesitation.
