I have never been the type to make a complaint but i feel i need to write a review on this. Before starting, in all the years i have been coming here i have truly never had an issue. Staff are so polite, and great at what they do. I was booked in for a restorative appointment yesterday, and i have braces so i needed to book an appointment to see the orthodontist team first. I was calling every few days a few weeks before to try to book the orthodontist appointment with no answer or the call cutting off. Coming up to the week before i have been calling everyday with no answer. The day of my appointment, i called multiple times to try to talk to them and rebook my restorative appointment due to not being able to get through to book the orthodontist appointment with no answer making me have to DNA my appointment as i have to travel in for appointments as it is not local for me and would be useless coming in as i would not be able to get seen. I still can’t get through to rebook my appointment causing a bit of frustration for me. Again, i want to emphasise by saying the staff here are amazing absolutely no complaints about them. I just wish the calls were answered as i have called over 15 times.

I had 2 wisdom teeth taken out this morning and I was absolutely riddled with anxiety but the staff every single one of them was so warm and welcoming. They all really made me feel at ease in their own ways. Thank you so much

This Ortodontichs department is a waist of taxpayers money. Receptionist are so rude , unprofessional. I call today so many times for a followup appointment for my daughter. She wasn't been seen for near one year. And they said we need to wait one week for answer. They hang my phone call few times. My daughter is been referred to this hospital for more then 4 years and they didn't finalised her treatment. I would like to vote for this department to be shutdown. Stop waist the money of working class.

Took my son to have 6 teeth out and they were amazing so kind and helpful with my boy who has a disability. First we see them in Ashford kent and again so professional. At Whitechapel there us stuff to do for the kids even a xbox which my son loved but most of all, the staff were amazing even played with tommy to take his mind off things. The best children's dentist in the country I'm sure. Thank you 😊

Impossible to get through to reception. For phone consultations they call on private number, they don’t leave any voicemail or any message and then make it nearly impossible to call back. This is a disappointing service and shows the lack of affection from this supposed practice .
