Started my experience with diamond white which wasn’t great, then got transferred over to impress when they closed business, I’d hoped Impress would provide a much better service but I was wrong. It took 3 months waiting for my second set of 10 aligners, and when I did finally receive them they were delivered to my neighbour whom I do not know. Luckily they found me on linkd in and phoned my work to inform me that they had my package. Now have been waiting months to get an appointment to finish my treatment with them. How can you offer a service and tell people they could be finished within 3-6 months when this is clearly not possible with all of the waiting time for aligners and appointments, let alone the time it takes to complete treatment? I finally got an appointment and this got cancelled and moved to another date without asking if this date works for me. I work like most people so this is too late notice to get annual leave booked for work as I do not live in London and this is too far to travel after work so I need to book a half day. Now I am meant to have this treatment today, I have explained this via the chat service as it only lets me reschedule to a different time today and is not showing any other dates. I have been told I cannot move this appointment as I need to wait for somebody to cancel as there are no appointments available. Yet I am unable to cancel my appointment so this appointment isn’t going to be useful to anybody as they still have not cancelled my appointment. All I want to do is finish my treatment and get my retainers, so that I can stop wearing these aligners everyday! I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience, once you have paid your money, you get forgotten about while they are probably dealing with all the new sales and bookings from the Black Friday and January sales. Customer service seems to be forgotten once you are in, then the next focus goes onto the new paying customer until the same inevitably happens to them.

Had a brilliant experience with Impress from start to finish. The initial 3D scan at the clinic was super professional and high-tech, which gave me a lot of confidence. I love using the app to track my progress—it’s much more convenient than trekking to a dentist every two weeks. My teeth are moving exactly as planned. Highly recommend if you want quality treatment without the traditional Invisalign price tag!"

My experience with Impress UK started very well, but unfortunately it ended in a deeply disappointing way. At the beginning, everything felt professional, well-organised and reassuring. The communication was clear, the process seemed efficient, and I truly trusted the treatment. In fact, I trusted it so much that I referred three people to the clinic. However, by the end of my treatment, the experience completely changed. Residue was left on my teeth after the attachments were removed, which shows a lack of care and attention to detail. Additionally, my retainers were not properly provided, despite being an essential and final part of any orthodontic treatment. It became clear to me that the focus seemed to shift more towards money than quality of care. The strong start turned into a very stressful and disappointing ending. I genuinely regret having recommended this clinic to others. What began as a positive experience unfortunately became a nightmare at the end.
