Dr Grace & Omar Masoud I have been coming to Eastside Dental practice for over 10 years now. Masoud the new receptionist is very polite and professional and listens very carefully. All the dental technicians who have supported Dr Grace over the years have been very polite, professional and attentive. Omar is all these things and more very patient and focused. Now to Dr Grace she has been exceptional every time my son or I have seen her. I have always felt listened to, that she explained everything carefully and made sure I understood and was involved in my care and choices; and that I had the knowledge to best look after my teeth and gums between appointments. I thought my gums were a lost cause until I saw her more regularly; and my gingivitis has been a lot easier to manage and my gums healthier. I even feel they may have recovered somewhat! They certainly don’t bleed anymore when I floss. I have had mental health challenges with trauma depression and anxiety and Dr Grace always checks in with me when I arrive to see how I and my son have been. I always feel at ease, seen, heard and respected as a human being. She is in my experience and opinion the kindest, most caring and best dentist in the world and I appreciate her and her kindness so much. As a dentist she has such steady hands and experience I feel safe, and very fortunate to have such world class treatment on the NHS. Thank your Dr Grace and to the whole Team at East Side dental practice.

It wasn’t a good experience; The male receptionist was very rude and disappointing with a lack of manners and professionalism. I have seen many reviews where other patients have experienced the same from him. The practice should acknowledge this issue. However, the dentist and male nurse were helpful.

I would recommend Dr Banu and her team for their professionalism, quality of care & outstanding care towards myself and my kids. Always giving useful advice and helping kids understand the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.

East Side Dental Practice provides excellent care with a friendly and professional approach. I visited for a routine check-up, and everything was explained clearly, making the whole experience stress-free. The reception staff were also very welcoming, which made a great first impression.
