I have been a patient here for over 40 years. I was a little apprehensive when the practice changed hands a few years ago given the high quality of the practice under Martin and then Richard Heathcote. My concerns quickly disappeared when I saw familiar faces amongst the new staff and I received my first treatment. I always feel at ease when visiting and appreciate the calm atmosphere that the staff generate. I cannot fault the service I have received from reception to surgery. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and the dental practitioners are skilled and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient of this practice for 45 years. Under its ownership by the Heathcote family it was, quite simply, the most caring and professional dental service you could wish for. Since the last Heathcote retired, I was concerned that the new owners would not maintain such high standards and for the last two years those concerns felt justified, however my most recent experience has restored my faith in the practice. While I cannot speak for the other dentists there, the person I saw (Caitlin) was truly exceptional - professional, caring, knowledgeable and truly engaging, she has restored my faith in the practice - thank you Caitlin. To the new owners of the practice - look after Caitlin. She is a real asset to your business, it is the caliber of your staff that defines you and she is one person you cannot afford to lose

Had my first ever filling today. The staff were brilliant. They talked me through every stage of the process, which kept me calm and reassured throughout. It was all done and dusted in 30 minutes. Well done Heathcote dental. Best wishes Michele King
