My concern at yesterdays appointment, was that I was told I needed a filling, which was fair enough. However, I was not told about the cost of the treatment before hand, until I went to reception afterwards. Yes, partly my fault, I should of asked before. What with paying Denplan it's not cheap. Seriously thinking about my options as when I got home my wife went through the roof.

I recently went to Paul Smith dental practice following a recommendation from a friend. I have to say that it is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. So much care was taken with the initial examination and I am looking forward to the treatment prescribed. I have already recommended the practice to another of my friends who has already made an appointment. Lovely friendly staff and a super dentist.

Just wanted to say Paul, and Emma have been looking after my teeth for over 30 years, every single time I need any help they're there, and the work they do is 100% It's a culture there, because Pip on reception, the other dental assistants- infact everyone I've met in the building is great. Pip is always ahead of the curve and just like, Paul, Emma and everyone else - delivers a first class service. Thanks for everything all. Steve
