I never once have written a bad review, I am a kind and honest person and treat everyone fair and with respect. But this practice has not respected me at all, I resorted to this clinic due to an extreme pain in my back left molar. They had charged me over £125 just to do a filling on the tooth. After the filling was done, I have been in excruciating pain for the past 4 months. After I paid another £25 for it to be looked at, they looked at the wrong tooth and sent me out. After one last visit, they said to me they didn’t have the right qualifications to perform a root canal on the tooth and I needed to go private and pay another additional £800. I said no and they removed me as a patient from the practice. I still am in pain and have moved dentist to get this problem fixed. Please if you need a dentist do not use this one, it is a clown circus and a joke to the NHS. I would have had better luck taking the tooth out with a pair of pliers. I’d say thanks but even that’s not deserved. -RJ

The worst dentist I have ever been to. I booked a check up appointment and the lady looked my teeth for literally half a minute and told me my appointment was finished, when I actually booked for a full check up appointment. The dentist was argumentative and not helpful at all. I would advice you find another dentist run by actual professionals, who actually want to do their jobs.

Very disappointed with how I have been treated. Been waiting for a filling from the 16th of September. They now want me to wait until the 30th of October. For a filling. Appointments cancelled or they changed the time to a time I could not work with. The receptionist was rude when I was explaining that I have already had a checkup I need a filling. She decided to joke around with me by saying oh I will book you in for a checkup full well knowing I have already had one and need an emergency filling.

I registered and they booked me an appointment the next day to which I woke up with Covid. I rung the dentist first thing, after 45 minutes on hold, the phone “disconnected” so I rang again and left them a message. Now trying to rebook they told me to find another practice because I didn’t attend, despite me calling first thing in the morning for my late afternoon appointment, they told me it wasn’t enough notice when they literally booked it late afternoon the day before. Joke of a practice, it’s like they want you to come in whilst sick!

HI. One of my best experiences in a Dental Clinic. Not only for how professional Dr. Gunjan is, but for the exceptional customer service I've received. Dr. Gunjan removed a small tooth decay I had and she successfully filled it up with a great white (similar to teeth color) filling. This was today and I am already feeling like a new person. Not only that, but she knows how to make her patience feel comfortable and as if they were at home instead than in a Clinic. Thank you for everything. Best, Jonathan
