Honestly one of the best dentistries I’ve ever been too. It was clean and relaxing to be in both the office waiting rooms and dentist rooms. I was seen by Dr. mani and he was so professional and efficient and made me feel heard, understood, and cared for. Everyone from the phone call, front desk, and dentist were welcoming and efficient.

I did root canal with Dr Romain Prasad and he did an excellent job and 10 years ago I did rct and didn't got any issues with work. He did a superb job and is a professional dentist. liked the overall service provided by them..

I have been registered with the New Cross Dental Care Centre for a little while now. It is a well organised practice, operating in a very clean environment. The front desk staff are friendly and my Dentist, Dr Costa is an excellent & exceptional practitioner. Amongst other qualities, he is patient, kind, thorough and very efficient. Overall, I am happy with the practice and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

It was my first time seeing Joshua, my new dentist and I had a great experience. He’s warm, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. I’m usually quite nervous at dental appointments, but he really put me at ease and gave me helpful hygiene advice. I highly recommend

I had a very disappointing experience at this practice as a private patient. While the service may be acceptable for NHS patients, my experience felt entirely focused on upselling rather than addressing the treatment I actually needed. I was explicitly told by the receptionist that I would receive treatment during my visit, yet when I arrived it turned out to be only a paid consultation. I fully understand that consultations have a cost, but it is misleading to suggest that treatment would be provided after I clearly explained what I required. During the appointment, the dentist repeatedly tried to sell additional and cosmetic procedures that I did not come in for. Instead of focusing on necessary work, the conversation was steered toward aesthetic treatments. At one point, Invisalign was even suggested before addressing my existing cavities, which I found completely inappropriate. The entire visit felt like a sales pitch rather than a medical consultation. As a private patient, I expected honest advice and treatment based on clinical need — not pressure to spend more money on services I did not ask for. I would not return to this practice and cannot recommend it to other private patients.
