Excellent service. Receptionists are some of the most kindest, helpful people you will meet, which is Invaluable when you are dealing with patients that may be nervous. Whole practice is efficient and all of my son’s appointments have run smoothly, with detailed information. My daughter was previously a patient for years and they were exactly the same then. Staff go above and beyond.

I can't recommend Chapel Rd Orthodontist enough. The reception ladies are so polite and friendly and very accommodating. The Orthodontist and her technician took the time to explain the process and were equally lovely and polite and extremely professional. I highlight recommend the practice.

I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic with my 11-year-old child. My child has severely misaligned teeth, and we followed the proper process through the NHS. We spent about six months attending appointments, completing assessments, and preparing the required paperwork. After all of that, we were officially referred to this clinic and given an appointment for braces under the NHS. However, when we arrived for the appointment, we were suddenly told that my child was not eligible for NHS treatment and that if we wanted braces, we would have to pay privately. This made absolutely no sense because my child had already been assessed and referred for NHS orthodontic treatment before being sent here. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and made us feel very unwelcome. Instead of explaining the situation clearly or trying to help, it felt like they just wanted to push us out of the clinic as quickly as possible. As a foreigner, I also felt that we were treated differently and unfairly. The whole experience felt disrespectful and humiliating, especially after waiting for months believing my child would finally receive the treatment they need. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to other families.😡

My son has just finished his active treatment, and what a fantastic place. Lovely and friendly staff, made to feel very welcome from the first moment of walking through the doors. Thank you so much for all your help and for making us feel welcome every time.

I had an excellent experience at this orthodontic office. The orthodontist explained everything clearly, the staff was always kind and welcoming, and appointments were well organized. My smile has improved so much, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend to anyone considering braces.
