I had an X-ray performed at Bexley Dental Practice about six weeks ago, for which I paid in good faith. Despite my request for a copy of the X-ray, I was met with silence for four weeks. First contacted the reception and asked for the my Xray and they said will ask Mrs. Bracka the dentist but they never got back to me. When I finally took the initiative to visit the surgery in person, Ms. Bracka informed me that they still needed more time to process my request. This level of service is utterly unacceptable—especially considering I fulfilled my part of the agreement by paying for the service upfront. I strongly urge anyone seeking professionalism and timely communication to steer clear of this surgery! Robert.

Professional and gentle female dentist who really cares and puts you at ease. And very kind and friendly dental nurse who made such a fuss of my baby whilst I had my check up. Would highly recommend.

I am the most nervous of patients. This is by far the best dental practice I have ever been to..friendly and professional but also very caring ..the atmosphere is like a family environment..

Absolutely waste of time and a joke! Booked months in advance and they forced me to pay upfront. Took time off work and arrived to be told that the person I had booked left for higher pay!! Not my fault!!!! I was even asked if I received the letter sent back in March to rebook my appointment?!? Would I be standing in your face if I did!!! Avoid this place and do not return just like me.

Lovely Dental Practice. Wonderful staff that are very polite, professional and caring. They always take awesome care of my teeth and gums.
