I am so grateful and appreciative to be able to review. As a dentally neglectful, very fearful patient, I was met with kindness, compassion and patience at EVERY step. From the first phone call with Sonia, I knew I was cared for. She was reassuring and remembered, without me saying, other family members of mine. She is so good with people and was exactly what I needed when I called and throughout my care. Dr Simran was honestly amazingly supportive and reassuring whilst delivering the dental surgery and aftercare I needed, I no longer feel anxious! Extraction of a broken tooth plus follow up at short notice was met with competence and care I trusted immensely. Other treatments have followed. I cannot recommend highly enough! I honestly doubt I would have felt the same elsewhere. I am equally grateful for Pratishka, the lovely and attentive dental nurse. She was always checking in to make sure I was feeling ok and she offered consideration always. She remembered my previous worries and took steps to help. I am so so grateful! Top quality Dental practice!! The reception staff (Sonia) is lovely and so well organised with appointment reminders etc, and the quality of the dental treatment I have had done has been top notch! Each stage of the treatment was explained thoroughly and confidently putting me at ease. I’m very happy to have the team at Barnehurst as my new practice. Thanks guys - keep up the great work!

I have just had my first check up and hygiene clean at this practise. TBH I was nervous about changing from my previous dentist who I had been with for 20 years but now I'm retired I wanted to change to somewhere more local. I've got to say how glad I am to have made the change ! Dr. Preya, Pratishka and Sonia all took really good care of me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and for explaining everything as we went along. See you again in 6 months !
