Making appointment was easy and they called back a when I missed the call . Polite friendly and efficient . Raj is a fab dentist - competent , friendly and reassuring .His communication clarity is incredible. The outcome was astonishing for me even after a short visit . Taylor was also similarly kind and helpful . Well done Hacton lane dental care . You are also value for money- and I could park ! Very flexible to fit appointments around my hyper busy life

I had a fantastic experience at Hacton Dental Care with hygienist Kiran Chowdhury and her assistant Lisa. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly friendly, reassuring, and professional. I had some severe neglect issues with my teeth and was honestly quite anxious, but everything was handled quickly, thoroughly, and as painlessly as possible. Kiran explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. As a first-time customer, I was also given a complimentary airflow polish, which was a really nice touch and made a noticeable difference. I left feeling relieved, well cared for, and much more confident about my dental health. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience at this dentistry office. Dr. Balraj Sohal is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout every visit. I’ve had a filling done here as well as multiple teeth cleaning appointments, and each time the care has been thorough and gentle. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and well-organized, which makes appointments easy and stress-free. Everything is clearly explained, and I always feel confident that I’m in good hands. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

As a nervous patient attending the dentist has always been unsettling for me. The receptionist Kelly has always put me at ease, and is so understanding of my situation and so caring it made the whole experience much easier. All the staff at Hacton lane dental are wonderful and I cannot rate them highly enough

Visited Hacton Dental Care today for my first consultation and hygiene appointment (recently changed dentists). First impression - clean bright and inviting clinic. Stacey the receptionist was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I found Kiran (Hygienist) to be knowledgeable, she took the time to explain the process, concerns; there weren’t many 😁 and recommendations for maintaining good oral hygiene. Kiran’s assistant (apologies for not including your name) was also very friendly and made me feel at ease during my time there. All in all a great first experience. Definitely recommend Hacton Dental Care.
