I was very nervous about just calling the dentist as needed emergency tooth extraction. The receptionist of the phone was phenomenal and credit to the practice. Reassuring, knowledgable and patient with all my questions. When I arrived, again everyone was welcoming, polite and the rooms were very calming. Dr Phillip Hayter and his colleague were brilliant and explained the process before anyone asked me to sit in the chair. Once the extraction was agreed (same day as they had time) they even walked me through to the recovery room so I could prepare for where I was to go afterwards. Every member of staff is a credit to the profession. I was particularly impressed with my follow up phone cal lot check in a few days after. A thoughtful, kind and patient practice. Partially for nervous patients. Thank you

I’ve been a patient here for over 20 years, and I can honestly say this is the best dental care I’ve ever received. From day one, the team has been professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They always take the time to explain treatments clearly, answer any questions, and make sure I feel completely at ease. Over the years, I’ve had everything from routine check-ups and cleanings to more complex treatments, and every experience has been excellent. The dentist Ssnjay Chopra is highly skilled, gentle, and meticulous. I’ve always felt I was in the very best hands. The practice is modern, spotless, and run with true attention to detail. It’s rare to find a dentist you can trust completely, but after more than two decades, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care with a personal touch.

I recently had my first hygienist appointment at Higand View Dental Surgery with Aina and it was a great experience. She was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The practice itself was very welcoming and I will be coming back.

Excellent experience from the start - I’ll be continuing maintenance appointments at this fantastic dental practice. I had an implant placed, the precision and technique used were so detailed, one can only imagine that a very experienced team like those at Highland View could really successfully do. The care throughout has been brilliant, the staff are friendly and ready to help. The surgery is a welcoming place. I would really recommend them as experienced professionals who you can trust with your teeth! Thank you to all at Highland View and I’ll be back soon.

Excellent experience having an implant fitting by Sarah & Phillip after being referred by my local dentist. No issue whatsoever with the procedure and brilliant service all the way through. Highly recommended!
