I took my Mum to Gentle Dental Care this week and we were greeted by the lovely Nikhita at reception. From the moment you arrive she makes you feel very welcome. Nikhita is always smiling, warm, and attentive. She kindly offered my Mum and me a drink after checking in, a small but thoughtful touch that makes all the difference. My Mum saw Dr Mish and I’d also like to thank him for his kindness, patience, and attentiveness. He truly lives up to the name Gentle Dental Care and was so gentle and reassuring. Nikhita really is the perfect first impression and makes every visit a pleasure. My Mum and I always leave thinking how lovely she is. Gentle Dental Care is very lucky to have her.

I recently had my Stage 5 gum treatment and an extraction done at Gentle Dental with Dr. Mish, and I must say it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Mish was extremely gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout the procedure. He explained everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and ensured I was comfortable at every step. Despite the complexity of the treatment, it was carried out with such skill and care that I felt confident and well taken care of. The entire team at Gentle Dental was supportive, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better. I am truly grateful to Dr. Mish and the staff for making a usually stressful process so smooth and positive. I highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I can’t thank Dr. Mish, the receptionist, and the nurse at Gentle Dental Care enough for their amazing care. After being ignored and turned away by several dental surgeries, I finally found a team who genuinely listened and helped me. I wasn’t even aware that my tooth needed extracting until I came here, but they explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable and calm throughout, and treated me with so much kindness and respect. The whole process from booking the appointment to aftercare was handled so professionally and compassionately. Because of the wonderful experience I had, I’ve now decided to make Gentle Dental Care my permanent dental practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!
