I had not been able to keep my appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, I had let myself go. Today I walked into the dental room and I was ashamed. I did speak of my fear I thought I had tooth decay , plaque , gum disease etc I was made comfortable I was pleasedthey realised and see the person I was, Today was a good day !! I explained I’ve been smoking drinking etc I wasn’t judged If you are nervous and afraid to smile, Please don’t give up as it’s not as bad as you think! Payment plans in place they will work with you ! Professional and today after a year I spoke about my anxiety and they really were incredible!!! Thank you

I cannot recommend this practice enough. As a nervous patient I wouldn't go anywhere else. I always receive excellent treatment and advice. All the staff are very polite and very professional. Thank you all for being amazing 👏

I have been a patient at this practice for a couple of years now .The reception staff are always warm;welcoming and helpful on the phone and when visiting the surgery. The dentist and nurses are always gentle and patient with me as a nervous patient. The treatment and care I have had has been excellent .

Outstanding staff 👏 My kids were booked for a check up, the dentist took its time to accommodate them, he was kind and so the nurse. The practice is very clean, bright and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience

I have been attending this Practice since it opened and would never go anywhere else .Since moving to Saffron Walden I travel down to appointments .All staff are true professionals and everyone is kind ,polite and welcoming .Mund is a very skilled dentist and if you arrive with a problem he will surely find a fix for it .The team go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed.I recommend this practice without hesitation .Simply the best !
