I have just had a wonderful experience with the team and just wanted to say a huge thank you. Dr Shah was awesome, professional, caring and very gentle. I was made feel at ease and received clear instructions and time to discuss my plan. Overall a very positive experience from the whole team but Dr Shah is fantastic. Thank you

I recently had my crown replaced by Dr Thorniley Walker, supported by dental nurse Danielle, and the experience was excellent. Both were professional, friendly, and very reassuring throughout. Dr Thorniley Walker explained the procedure clearly and the new crown looks and feels great. Danielle helped make the appointment calm and comfortable, making what can be a nervous experience much more positive. I’m extremely pleased with the care I received and would highly recommend them both.

This morning I had some dental work done to remove an old filling and have a crown fitted. As someone living with Addison’s disease, I’m always a bit anxious about medical or dental procedures. Dr Olivia Thorniley Walker and Nurse Danielle were great from start to finish. Olivia had taken the time to understand my condition and check about my medication and stress dosing at my previous appointment and had reassured me so that I would feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure itself — removing the old filling and preparing/fitting the crown was handled with great care. Everything was explained to me beforehand, and Olivia checked in regularly to make sure I was feeling okay. It was nowhere near as scary as what I had imagined and honestly felt no pain at any time. I appreciated how calm and reassuring they were. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend the practice to anyone — especially those who may feel nervous due to underlying medical conditions. Thank you again Olivia and Danielle!
