I wanted to give huge appreciation to Jemma and her team! I had been a patient of her for years with my braces' treatment, and she was honestly the best orthodontist I have had. She is a super nice lady, and she is very good at her job. I recently had my braces come off, and the results were spectacular. Jemma deserves a raise!! :)

Would give it 5 stars because the orthodontists are very nice and kind to my son. But the receptionists are very rude. If you try to negotiate a suitable time for your appointment even when the orthodontist mentions they may be available at an earlier time …the lady at the reception will speak to you in rude manner and even said I would be delaying the treatment to get the appointment time more suitable to me than the appointment they offered ( only 12 days later) but if you call in to reschedule they will give you an appointment 3 weeks later and that wouldn’t be delaying the treatment? I understand it can get busy but if you can treat people with respect and not talk to them in a condescending manner it would be good. Otherwise we are very happy with the practice and the orthodontists.

My daughter has been happy here and has received great treatment and care with Gemma. She’s had a fixed brace for nearly 3 years and had it removed the other day and the difference to her teeth and the correction of her overbite that she had is really amazing. Thank you
