Fantastic patient care. I was given a same day emergency appointment. The receptionist cheered me up immediately with her friendliness and she was polite and very helpful. The Male dentist that i saw explained everything in detail and took my tooth out there and then. He explained the aftercare in detail and checked on the bleeding where the tooth had been. I highly recommend this Dental Surgery.

This dental clinic used to be very good. We are really like previous dentists in here. However, it’s getting worse and worse now. They keep requesting you book private hygienist appointments in every single routine check up. My whole family had charged for private hygienist appointments including my 11 years old son.

Horrible service. I’ve had 2 appointments in the last year, both of which have been cancelled and rescheduled by the surgery 4-5 times each! In fact, one of them was cancelled whilst I was in the surgery waiting for the dentist! No real, apology just “dentist is late/ on annual leave/ nurse is late/ no explanation”. Complete disregard for patients who have had to take time off work on 4 separate occasions before they finally get seen.
