Today I had a new patient appointment with (I believe it was) Christine. All the staff were polite and friendly. My teeth were checked and 'tidied' slightly! I have also been given some excellent advice, recommendations and options for future treatments without it at all being at all 'pushy' or 'salesy'. A very pleasant experience - thank you. As some reviewers have mentioned below, the advice I was given was focused on prevention and health rather than restoration. This a promising sign and what I am looking for in a dental practice.
