This practice informed me I needed a filling replaced and that the more expensive filling was the best option. My new practice say the filling does not need to be replaced. This practice never undertook a scale and polish as part of a routine appointment. My new practice did so on my first appointment with them. When I challenged Benhill on the fact that a scale and polish is included in the NHS dentistry banding if clinically necessary, the dentist simply replied that they wouldn’t do this. I asked whether that is contrary to, for example, the legal basis of NHS dentistry, but I did not fully understand their response. I am happy to no longer be at Benhill.

This dental practice is brilliant. Alex is a wonderful practitioner, she takes the time to get to know her patients and really understand what they need. The reception staff are lovely also! Highly recommend.
