What a wonderful experience. My daughter came home from work in extreme pain, within just over an hour of placing the call to you she was seen by the wonderful team in Sutton. Thank you for the care you showed my daughter, she has not had the best experience in the past but you guys were so caring.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the dentists that treated me yesterday. I apologise for not remembering your names. I was an extremely nervous patient, and you both put me at ease. I was seen within an hour of making a telephone appointment. I left within an hour pain free and very happy with my experience. Thank you both for being very understanding and patient with me.

We had to book an out-of-hours dentist with our 7-year-old due to an abscess emergency, and we were incredibly impressed with the care we received. By Dr Thacha Bala and Mariam. From the moment we arrived, the team was super caring and gentle, helping our child feel safe and calm in what could have been a very stressful situation. Dr Thacha took the time to explain all procedures and options clearly, not just to us, but in a way our child could understand too. Her patience and professionalism were truly appreciated. We left not only with the immediate issue treated but also with great advice on what to do next. We’re very grateful for the excellent service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other parents facing a dental emergency.

Crown fell off on a Saturday (of course) - The team managed to fit me in within the hour and spent the next hour repairing the underlying broken tooth and carefully refitting the crown. Detached crowns are never good news, but fingers are crossed that their hard work saves the tooth.

Dr Thacha is an absolute gem. Came in at 9PM for a minor emergency appointment and she treated me like a relative, giving me honest advice and suggestions without trying to upsell. Would definitely recommend. Also thank you to Lucy!
