I recently visited Westmead Dental Practice in Sutton and had such a positive experience that I felt compelled to share my feedback. From the moment I walked in, the practice felt welcoming, calm, and professional. The reception team were friendly and efficient, making the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. The clinic itself was spotless and modern, which immediately put me at ease. My appointment was with Sonya dentist who was absolutely excellent. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s very clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated her calm and reassuring manner. I also saw Debbie, the hygienist, who was fantastic. She was thorough yet gentle, and she explained each step as she went along, which made the whole experience much more relaxing. My teeth have never felt so clean! She offered helpful advice without being pushy, which I really valued. Overall, the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail at Westmead Dental Practice is outstanding. If you’re looking for a dental team in Sutton who are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely focused on patient comfort, I would highly recommend them. A truly 5-star experience from start to finish. Having been with Sonya and Debbie for several years, I have nothing but praise for them and all the staff. Everyone is made very welcome at their new practice from the moment you arrive. They are both exceptionally professional and proficient, explaining everything clearly before any work is carried out. The practice also seems to have the very the latest equipment for a speedy and pain free experience. Two other things worthy of note is that there is free on-street parking outside the practice and they have always been on time in seeing me. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My hygienist Ms Debbie Bell is wonderful . She is professional, knowledgeable and very caring . She works very careful and pays attention to every detail . I always feel taken care of during visit. Also the doctor in clinic is excellent, he is knowledgeable and professional .

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE -10 STARS... DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LITTLE SOFT SPOKEN OLD LADY SHE'S MESSED ME UP BIG TIME. Nightmare from hell, my first visit no x-rays taken Dr Sonya got x-rays confused back to front from her other practice up the road (Benhill Dental Surgery) we decided on what I would have done on this day, after drilling out two teeth she realised she had made a mistake and stopped, because of this I needed double root canal micro surgery by a specialist because Dr Sonya wasn't capable to do the repairs now needed due to her incompetence, after 5 months of excruciating pain and 2 infections needing 2 prescriptions of amoxicillin and excruciating pain for 5 months, Dr Sonya got "her friend" to do double root canal surgery so now I need 2 crowns, after months waiting in agony I was sent to London to see a restorative dentist who said "I'm not touching those" now I'm stuck with no crown and no help from Dr Sonya who did say she would pay for all restorative surgery needed, she's now saying she's not because she couldn't get her friends t do the work I desperately need, I've now lost both my upper right 6&7 molars and in there place I now have exposed porcelain stumps with no crowns, Dr Sonya has abandoned me and isn't interested in fixing her massive mistakes, I've been advised from the general dental counsel to call 111 as it's urgent repairs needed seeing as Dr Sonya isn't getting the repairs urgently required done, she's in my opinion a narcissistic person who tries to blame the patient when she blunders, she's destroyed my teeth causing 6 months of pure agony, I've lost 2 back upper teeth due to her incompetence with all the promises s of her paying for repairs needed, now I've been advised by the general dental counsel to not go back to Dr Sonya and to contact a hospital for emergency restorative repairs Dr Sonya has said she's not paying for me to find another competent dentist, this woman shouldn't be working anymore, personally I think she's passed her best, it's taken me months to write this review and I have today because I just had a repair man in to fix something and he over heard me trying to get an appointment at Guy's hospital 7 months on from Dr Sonya's massive mistakes, he said oh I and my father have had a nightmare dentist as well in Sutton at Benhill Dental practice, he then said mine was called Sonya, unreal I'm not the only one, anyway I'm now in the process of legal action against Dr Sonya at Sutton Dental & Medical centre also she owns Benhill Dental practice and bounces between them both, so to sum this up Dr Sonya isn't capable of any repairs required due to her drilling out my two back eeth that were not supposed to be touched, I'm sure she will now try to put blame at my feet as she has tried to, she didn't take new x-rays and drilled the wrong teeth that are still not repaired for 7 months, and now she's no helping to get them repaired when she said and I have in emails that she will cover all cost, she's not, the photos attached are porcelain stumps which are now in place of my two upper right 6&7 molars tha weren't supposed to be touched and was not giving me any problems what do ever before I went to this clinic.watch for the reply trying to blame me for this incompetence because that is what Dr Sonya does.

I have been a patient of Sonya for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Takes the best care of my teeth and always provides very good advice for cleaning and maintenance. Sonya also looks after my wife and children and several more of my close family. I also visit Debbie for hygienist services, and once again takes great care. With the new techniques and state of the art equipment at the clinic, it is a quick and painless visit. There is a real personable feel about the clinic as all the staff make an extra effort to make you feel valued. The reception staff are always very friendly and make sure you are welcomed and taken care of whilst waiting for your appointments. The clinic looks immaculate and always looks very clean. Thank you all for an outstanding service.
