Dr Nicholas Lai and his team provided exceptional service to my son. Throughout the process, he carefully and patiently advised us about the next steps making sure to include my son in his treatment. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and dedication Dr. Lai showed throughout my orthodontic treatment. From the start, he made the process easy to understand and always made me feel comfortable and confident. He carefully guided me through having braces and then retainers, making sure everything was done properly at each stage. I enjoyed my journey with braces due to the great staff there and my orthodontist. Doctor Lai was extremely supportive and was easy to communicate with. He put on my braces with ease and I didn’t feel a thing. I really recommend coming to this clinic.
