Big thanks to Dr Cordia Lam and the team at UltraSmile 🙏. I started my Invisalign journey 15 months ago and as of yesterday I finished. Just waiting on my retainers now and look forward to maintaining the perfect teeth that was only possible by the team at UltraSmile 😁, not to mention a boost to my confidence. Couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Dr Lam and the team, every stage was meticulously planned and shared, big shout out to the reception staff, who were accommodating and always friendly. If you are considering Invisalign, I would highly recommend Dr Cordia Lam and the team at UltraSmile to start your journey.

I really enjoyed my experience at UltraSmile! Ash is amazing she really helped advise me with my braces treatment and also did an amazing hygiene clean on my teeth before and with braces leaving my teeth white and pearly and extremely clean! I highly reccomend her!!

6 month update: My initial consultation was fine. I was offered composite bonding or veneers. As I already had composite bonding that was chipped and discoloured, I chose to have it redone. The problems started at my hygiene appointment. I went in for a routine clean, but during the appointment the hygienist broke off a large piece of composite bonding from my front left tooth. I was shocked this could happen during a clean and wasn’t warned of this risk beforehand. I left the appointment with a significant part of my front tooth missing, yet I was still charged in full. The hygienist placed a temporary filling, but it was completely the wrong colour and looked very obvious and unnatural. This was especially upsetting as my full composite bonding treatment wasn’t scheduled for another four weeks, meaning I was left feeling extremely self-conscious. After a few days I contacted the practice to explain what had happened and how bad it looked, and I was asked to come back in to have it adjusted. A few weeks later I had my composite bonding treatment. This wasn’t completed in one session, so I had to return for a second appointment. Visually, once finished, the bonding looked good, and I was told to let them know if anything didn’t feel right. I returned to explain that my left tooth felt sharp and kept catching my tongue. At that visit, very little was done, aside from some minor touch-ups, and I was told to see how I got on. I gave it a couple of weeks, hoping I would adjust, but it continued to cause discomfort. I then booked another appointment and confirmed with reception beforehand that the work was still under warranty. At this appointment, I clearly explained that the issue was at the bottom of the tooth between my front and front-left teeth, as none of my other teeth catch my tongue. Unfortunately, the dentist filed between the teeth, which has actually made the problem worse. The corners remain sharp, the gap feels larger, and my tongue is now catching even more. I’ve been left with repeated small sores on the front of my tongue. While the composite bonding looks acceptable at first glance, it isn’t quite the result I hoped for. There have already been multiple chips, and I’ve noticed new gaps forming between my teeth, which is extremely disappointing given how recent the treatment is and how much it cost. I feel let down and am left with a tooth that continues to cause discomfort and that the practice seems unwilling or unable to resolve. I am now in the process of finding another dentist to fix this issue, which will likely mean additional cost for a problem that should have been resolved properly.
