I attended Triangle Dental clinic to see Dentist Nada on 18th November and Hygienist Ranuka and her assistant Hannah on 19th November. I was warmly welcomed by 2 young smiley receptionists on both occasions. I was also warmly greeted by both Nada and Ranuka which felt really nice. This was my very first visit. Following her initial assessment and diagnosis of gingivitis, Dentist Nada advised me to see the Hygienist in the first instance and said that she would refer me to a specialist if necessary in the future. She offered me a 3 month follow-up. Ranuka removed the tartar buildup most skilfully and efficiently and advised me to see her in 6 months. Thank you Triangle Dental clinic.

The dentist was incredibly kind and understanding. I was treated with total dignity and made me feel completely at ease. I cried happy tears when I left! The reception girls were lovely, too. I have never experienced such phenomenal service. Thank you very very much.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Nada, and she was amazing! She was very honest and made sure everything was clear before starting the treatment. I really appreciated how careful she was and how she took her time to make sure the job was done perfectly. I felt comfortable and well taken care of the whole time. Highly recommend Dr. Nada and her team for anyone looking for a dentist who is both skilled and sincere .

At the Triangle Dental Clinic, neither the dentist nor the hygienist introduces themselves, so you are left not knowing their names. My first hygienist was excellent — gentle, explained everything clearly, and gave helpful advice. My second experience was very different. The hygienist was rough, caused extreme pain, seemed rushed, and was dismissive when I asked questions. I am giving four stars because the reception team are always kind and supportive in person and over the phone, and the dentist is also professional and very nice, although I do not know her name. However, the hygienist experience needs improvement. I had a hygiene appointment in December 2025 and was told to return in March 2026 for another hygiene appointment, despite having no gum disease or dental issues (confirmed by the dentist). I take good care of my teeth, and being advised to attend hygiene appointments every three months without a clear reason felt unnecessary.

We were lucky to have Dr. Sahar Nasar as our previous dentist, and she has been absolutely incredible. She’s efficient, caring, and really takes the time to listen and explain options rather than rushing into extractions or unnecessary procedures. Her kindness and professionalism make every visit a positive experience, and we’re truly grateful for the care she has given us. Now that she’s moved to Kingston, we’re excited to continue with Triangle as a family and feel confident knowing we’re in such good hands. Thank you, Sahar and team, for all that you do!
