My daughter got her braces off last Friday at Total Orthodontics Lewisham, marking the perfect end to her orthodontic journey—she now has a bright, confident smile! A huge thank you to the amazing team. Special thanks to our orthodontist, Dr. A, for his expert care and patient guidance throughout. We’re also so grateful to Yolanda for performing the removal so gently and skillfully that day. And to Chrissy at the front desk, for always being warm and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. This team at the Lewisham practice works seamlessly together and provided a professional, comfortable experience. We are thrilled with the results and recommend them wholeheartedly!

Both of my sons have been referred to this clinic for orthodontic treatment. At the beginning of January, I received a text message confirming an appointment, but no information about the clinic location or any further details. I contacted my dentist to obtain the clinic’s contact details and called to ask for clarification. On my first call, the staff member I spoke to was polite and advised that I would receive an email closer to the appointment date with full details. I explained that I hadn’t received any emails, but was reassured one would be sent. Today, I received a second text message but still no email. When I called again, I was spoken to by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was reluctant to listen. I explained that I needed written confirmation to provide to my children’s school, as attendance is taken very seriously in the UK and unauthorised absences can result in fines. I was told dismissively that a text message was sufficient and was repeatedly rushed off the phone. After insisting that my email address be checked, it turned out it had been recorded incorrectly. Despite this, I was still not given clear information on when the correct correspondence would be sent, and the call was ended abruptly. As of now, I am still waiting for an email with appointment details. This experience has left me worried about the level of customer service, particularly as this will be our first visit. If front-of-house staff are this dismissive, it does raise concerns about the overall service. We will see how the appointment on Monday goes. Very poor communication and unhelpful, rude reception staff.

We arrived with a few minutes to spare. The clinic is based of the main road. The best bus is 284 but not exclusively. The building is below a bock of new builds The reception area is nicely decorated and puts people at ease, especially children. The consultation rooms are brightly coloured in different colours and gives the appearance if been 'cool'. The consultant was friendly and he quickly welcomed the young patient. He talk all through the procedure which was informative as well as a good distraction. I would highly recommend .
