My child was referred here July 2024. He had appts every 6 weeks and the whole treatment took only 1and a half years. His teeth look amazing. The clinic had their work cut out due to severe over crowding in his mouth. I believe his treatment was exceptionally quick due to regular appts. The reception lady is lovely. She's accommodating and welcoming and has always been polite when needing to rearrange any appts. I will certainly be referring my next child to this dentist 100%. Thank you to everyone

My daughter had her NHS braces done here and it’s been a great experience. The staff (both dentists and reception) are very professional and helpful and always try to accommodate, despite being busy. Strongly recommend.

My experience at Portman Smile Clinic in Lewisham has been nothing short of amazing. My inital contact was with the Practice Manager who contacted me shortly after I made an online enquiry. She was very thorough in explaining the different treatment options and aftercare. She was very understanding and though I had a million questions she was very patient and understanding. The receptionist was very polite and interactive. She was effecient in getting me checked in, sorting out the relevant forms and booking future appointment. The orthodonist was thorough with her examination and discussions about suitable treatment options. I had photos and scan done along with my brace fitting by the therapist who was very gentle and also thorough in her explanations. I was very nervous to start this journey but I am now looking forward to going through it with the help of the Portman Smile Clinic team.

The facilities are great and all the staff are amazing. My daughter's dentist: Mina, did a great job of removing her braces and took really good care of her.

After dedicating three years to this company, I was honestly shocked and disappointed to leave without even a simple thank-you card or acknowledgment of my service. It really says a lot about the company’s culture and management. Especially when there’s a company card available for such gestures, it’s disheartening that basic appreciation wasn’t shown. During my time there, I also noticed a lot of office politics and favoritism, which I believe contributes to why this branch continues to struggle. It’s unfortunate, because appreciation and fair treatment go a long way in retaining good people and fostering a positive work environment. Therapist has been lovely to work with
