I am very unhappy with the treatment I received at this dental clinic. The procedure was not done properly, and I continued to experience pain even after the visit. The dentist did not take enough time to explain the issue or ensure that I was comfortable during the treatment. I expected professional care, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

Dr. Tan Hoac is horrible. Her assistant nurse was more professional than her. I asked a simple question regarding glue residue left over from permanent retainer and instead of explaining to me that they don’t deal with orthodontic precidures she answered rudely with “this is a polishing appointment let me do my job” absolutely disgusting. Instead of the DENTIST explaining this to me the assistant dentist did 🤣. Shout out to that lovely lady i wish i got her name she was so sweet and down to earth. horrible experience :/

I Can not recommend this clinic enough, I see Dr mirza every 6 months for a full check up and clean, very professional and helpful with any after care. The girls on reception are always happy to help and do their best to fit me in.

What is wrong with this business? They seem determined to maintain their legacy – a legacy of unhelpful receptionists and careless admin staff. First, they never answer the phone no matter how many times you call. The person handling their emails rarely replies and when they do, the responses are careless and unprofessional. When I couldn’t register through the link they sent, I went to reception directly on my appointment day, as even after emailing them, nothing was fixed due to no reply. The receptionists weren't very helpful with my issue, so out of sheer frustration, I left. As a patient, I had to take hours off my work to visit them – time that businesses like this don’t seem to respect at all. I also want to highlight the kind of replies their admin staff send (Snapshot given with my review as image). This isn’t about belittling someone’s English skills, but if you are working for a business, your communication should be professional. The way they write reflects poorly on the entire practice. In today’s world, you have free tools like ChatGPT to polish your English instantly – there’s no excuse. Professional, respectful replies are as important as the treatment itself. The biggest problem here is lack of training. Business owners need to realise that investing in staff training is in their own best interest. Poorly trained staff turn away customers and damage the reputation of the business. Before visiting, I had read reviews saying how rude the receptionists are. I thought, “How bad can it really be?” Well, they lived up to that reputation perfectly. I would rather pay more and go to a proper dental clinic in Carshalton than deal with this nonsense. I live just 30 seconds away, but I’ve already removed myself, my wife, and my kids from their system.

We have been using Sutton Dental care for many years now . Dr Mirza is absolutely fantastic with my children . Reception staff always friendly & helpful. Highly recommend
