Dear Smile Solutions team, thank you very much for seeing us so last minute for an emergency veneer appointment. You managed to fit us in same day as soon as possible, and stayed overtime to help us. From the amazing Oksana who got us our appointment, answered any queries/concerns, to greeting us at the clinic, and to the lovely dental team - we had absolutely no complaints. All the staff are so warm and friendly and made us feel right at home, whilst giving us a 10/10 dental treatment — the work was meticulous might I add. Having not visited this clinic before, the first impressions were great. We will absolutely be repeat customers, and excited to book my next appointment ASAP! My three children and I see Dr Erika and Dr Kaye and we have always received excellent care. All the dentists we have seen at Smile Solutions are very kind and caring and explain everything very clearly. The staff on the front desk are also very helpful with scheduling, providing invoices for insurance, and even organising parking.

I have attended Smile Solutions regularly for dental treatment for over 15 years, mainly seeing Beeta and more recently Erika. The dentists are outstanding, the practice warm and welcoming. The equipment is cutting-edge, the environment inviting (with ceiling-mounted TV), and the treatment always meticulous, sensitive and appropriate. The whole team is professional, committed and responsive - on a couple of occasions I've needed urgent attention and they all rally round to ensure you are promptly treated. I have also had several implants over the years, most recently by JJ, with resounding success. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

I've gone from too terrified to go anywhere near a dentist, to willingly making appointments to keep my knashers in tip top nick! all because the team at Smile Solutions are so good. Both friendly charming and proffessional , Erica is especially skilled Dentist and very gentle, I'm almost relaxed whilst she works her magic...almost!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dori in December who patiently explained the treatments they offer and the ones most suitable for my skin. She was honest and professional. Unfortunately I had to postpone the procedure and would like to thank Dori and Winnie for their kindness and understanding of my situation.
