I've been visiting this dentist with my kids for years now! Dr Bookey has always been amazing, a Top Dentist! And a very lovely person!! The receptionists are always so lovely too! Lately we've also been seeing the amazing dentist Shirin, she is so kind, attentive and friendly!!! We love seeing her! She always makes sure to explain what's she's doing, she's amazing at making the client comfortable and informed. She and her amazing dental assistant Viola, they are both very lovely, caring, smiling, friendly ladies!!! Thank you for making my daughters' teeth sparkling clean yesterday, with an amazing deep cleanse hygiene, and deep filling for one of my daughters, you're are absolute experts!

I visited this practice yesterday for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and took the genuine time to listen to all my concerns. I was only booked in for a consultation, but the dentist was exceptionally professional. Instead of just jumping to removing my tooth, she sat me down, explained all my options, and made me feel involved in the decision. She is easily one of the most gentle and understanding dentists I’ve ever met. The practice itself is also spotlessly clean, which made me feel even more at ease. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked into the clinic for the first time, I felt genuinely welcomed. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and polite — she introduced herself right away and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Patrycja Bugaj is highly professional and confident in her approach. She explains every procedure clearly, discusses all available options, and focuses on finding the best possible solution for each individual situation. I truly trust her expertise and care. I've lived in various neighborhoods and used various dental clinics. However, I was incredibly fortunate when I finally found the Albany Dental Centre. The staff is exceptionally attentive and polite – you can always schedule an appointment that's most convenient for you. The service is relaxed and welcoming. Special thanks to my dentist, Patrycja. Despite my complex case, she patiently and professionally guides me through my restorative treatment, step by step.
