I saw Rania today, I felt like a piece of meat that was being rushed through and not a patient. There was limited patient care and communication. I was not told I was about to have 2 injections. The nurse and Rania obviously were disgruntled with other staff at the practice as they kept gossiping about them in a bad light while I was having the procedure done. I was not reassured I felt like I was choking on the water wash ...terrible. In the middle of my procedure they were tappety tap tap on the computer complaining that appts were being made at the time they requested not to have them and i was left with my mouth gaping open for a long time with noone communicating with me . Honestly the worst nhs dentistry experience I've had in my 50 years on this earth. The previous appt was shocking also I was told that my autistic son who has severe sensory processing disorder should get a train track brace. I explained as much as I'd love him to have straight teeth and a brace it wouldn't be possible as he feels pain 1000 times more than others. She scolded me and said I should be grateful he would get 4k worth of dental treatment for FREE when in HER country people would have to pay that amount . No referral to sen dentist just a telling off all in front of my son. Shocking. Also I had to go back into the room as my filling was sharp rough and uncomfortable in my mouth ... was clearly rushing to get home! I will be requesting ro see someone else in future.Do better ! Treat your patients well instead of like they are not there !😡

My first time at the practice. Rania was so welcoming, friendly but professional. I am very nervous but Rania and her nurse made me feel so comfortable. Rania took time to explain everything which allowed me to make informed decisions regarding my treatment. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist thanks to Rania and her nurse ( the music was great too 😊) I would recommend Rania to my family and friends without hesitation.

I have no words…. 44 years of being petrified of dentists and in 1 visit I feel like I’ve been hypnotised where going back will not be an issue. Cannot recommend Sikunder Khan enough. NHS dentists I’m sure don’t have it easy and it can’t be overly nice being in a profession where many of your patients are terrified. He doesn’t just treat you as a client, he treats you as a friend who cares. And for that reason your nerves slowly slip away. Anyone apprehensive please ask to see sikunder, you will not be disappointed. Years I’ve wasted being petrified and today I had a tooth out and didn’t even cry!!! Normally I’m crying for weeks before a checkup! Sikunder thank you for everything today and restoring my faith! NHS are lucky to have you!! ❤️
