Really happy with this dentist and Brendan. Always great service. I had a concern and he kindly took a look for me and gave advice with no charge. One of the receptionists I spoke to on the phone and when I got there to check in (not the lady who did check me in) didn’t have a very good tone or attitude, I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there or she was annoyed. The other ladies I’ve spoken to in the past are all lovely there and no issues

I visited this dentist about a month ago for what should have been a very simple issue. A tiny piece of one of my fillings had chipped while I was eating soft food. It was barely visible, but I had sensitivity and wanted it checked and fixed properly. From the very first impression, the experience went downhill. I was taken into the wrong room and then abruptly asked to leave even though it wasn’t my fault that I had been directed there. That alone felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. When I finally saw the dentist, she struggled significantly with a very basic part of the procedure. What should have been a straightforward fix caused a lot of unnecessary discomfort. Without consulting or warning me, she administered three anesthetic injections. As a result, I developed three extremely painful sores exactly where the injections were given. These yellow sores took nearly two weeks to heal and caused constant pain. I went in with a minor problem, and I left with a much worse situation due to how poorly it was handled. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice.

With Brandon I always feel I'm getting premium care. In a recent emergency he done a thorough assesment, explained the situation, discussed all the options and made recomendations. With all the information deciding on the further treatment was easy. In a stressful situations like this it's so important to have a confidence in your dentist, knowing that he has your best interest in heart. Cannot recommend Brandon enough. You are brilliant, and im so grateful.
