Stellar dentistry! Dr Sarita Kotecha remains our family dentist for years. Beneath her calm and reassuring demeanour, is a highly skilled professional who gives pain free treatments. Recently, my mother attend her clinic for an amalgam filling removal. Sarita listened to her concerns, asked clarifying questions then, clearly explained the treatment process and other readily available options. No hard sell, no offers, just the facts which allowed her to make an informed decision quickly. The result is amazing! The work was done considerately and expertly with no side effects. My mother received a welfare call from the dental surgery the very next day. That is a special touch of Sarita's high EQ. The team of dental assistants and office administrators are also exceptional. The 5 stars rating is an understatement and I would award double. Thank you Dr Sarita for looking after my mother and our family.

Avoid at all cost! Fraudulent practices – took my money and ghosted me, leaving me with lasting health damage. I have spent over £10,000 and more than five years trying to repair the harm caused by this clinic. I came to Smile Cliniq for orthodontic treatment to correct very minor teeth crowding. An orthodontist I had seen previously recommended braces as the most appropriate treatment. However, during my consultation at Smile Cliniq, the practitioner (who presented as a dentist or orthodontist) insisted on Invisalign instead. I did not want to have Invisalign as other professionals did not recommend it for my case and I clearly asked for braces. The consultation felt rushed — no proper medical history was taken, and the process was poorly explained. I was quoted £4,000 in cash for Invisalign, far higher than other reputable clinics, and told it would be an “all-inclusive” treatment. They then provided no receipt or documentation after I paid. Despite wearing the aligners exactly as instructed for nearly two years, the treatment didn’t correct my teeth at all. Even worse, it caused gum and enamel resorption, leading to long-term dental damage. When I contacted the clinic about the complications, they ignored my calls and emails, and even tried to charge me extra just to book a follow-up appointment — despite previously promising that everything was included in the £4,000 fee. I’ve since had to see multiple specialists, undergo several surgeries and restorative procedures, and spend over £10,000 repairing the damage. I’m still left with progressive enamel and gum resorption and the same mild crowding I had before treatment. 5 years since, I burst in tears from unfairness of this situation and how someone can damage your health in such a ruthless way. This clinic showed no accountability, no professionalism, and no care. They still just ignore me and have completely disappeared after they have received the money. Please think very carefully before trusting them with your health.
