Dentist is amazing, but the reception staff are not great. I called 2 days ahead of my appointment to try and change it and was told that as I didn’t change it at 8am I would be charged £40 which is ridiculous. My appointment was late afternoon and I called late morning, which is enough notice 2 days prior. You can never get an emergency appointment so end up having to go elsewhere which is silly. This has happened to me on 2 separate occasions. The only reason I stay at this practice is because my dentist is amazing. If she ever left I would change dentist.

Dr Kanita is so nice! Very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I went for an emergency appointment and she explained things clearly and advised on the next steps, all with a smile.

My son Max has been seeing Karen, the hygienist at Imperial Dental Care, once a month for around five years. Max finds daily brushing challenging due to his additional needs, but with Karen’s gentle, patient, and specialist approach, he has made real progress. She takes the time to educate him, works closely with his support staff from his supported accommodation, and always ensures he feels safe and understood. Although Max is treated by another doctor in Bracknell, he trusts Karen completely, and she is the only hygienist he feels comfortable seeing regularly. Because Max lives in Harrow, being able to attend Imperial Dental Care locally is extremely important for his continuity of care. We are very grateful for Karen’s professionalism, kindness, and consistency. Imperial Dental Care has been an essential part of Max’s dental health journey, and I highly recommend their team.

I arrived at the dentist's at around 9 o’clock. My appointment was scheduled for 9:05, and I was seen quite promptly. The friendly dentist was very polite and well-mannered. Her assistant was also courteous and professional. During the check-up, I was pleased to find that my teeth were in good shape, and I won't need to come back for another year. Overall, I’m very happy with the excellent service I received.

My emergency appointment was fine as got the basic care I needed urgently. I needed further treatment which would be costly so I enquired about NHS option. The dentist advised he would refer me for NHS treatment but the referral was not made. After about a month I enquired with the clinic as my case was getting worse and the receptionist argued I had misunderstood and said I had chosen to not have my treatment as I wasn't able to afford the treatment they offered. I explained exactly what was discussed with the dentist and clarified I had not misunderstood anything, and requested her to check with the dentist and revert urgently. She took my details and said she will call back. Several days have passed - still no news. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
