I had a lot of fear and anxiety about visiting the dentist, but my experience at this clinic completely changed that. The staff were incredibly kind, calm, and patient, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. Himadri, the Dental Therapist, was very gentle and professional, and Aisha, the dental nurse, was supportive and reassuring. They explained everything step by step and made sure I was okay at every stage. Not only did they help me get rid of my tooth decay, but they also helped me overcome my fear of dentists. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend this clinic.

Very disappointed with Harrow Smile Clinic They cancelled my child’s appointment twice. When we finally got another date, I called to say we would be 10 minutes late and they said that was fine. But when we arrived, they were very rude and refused to see my child. They then said they don’t want to see my child anymore because of a missed appointment. How can they cancel twice, and give a random date for appointment say being 10 minutes late is okay, and then turn us away? And legally, can a clinic just refuse to see a child like this? This feels very unprofessional and unfair. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Made an appointment for Aligners consultation. Payment was requested for a check-up when booking, even though I'd recently been checked at another practice. At arrival I was told the appointment wasn't on system and I hadn't paid. I had to evidence the bank transfer and was squeezed in. The "check-up" consisted of a very quick examination and I was told xrays were not required as I'd had a recent check up. Not scaling or polishing was done. They were unable to match a quote already received but payment for a 2 min teeth check (plus chat) seemed excessive.

My child’s dental appointment that took place approximately two weeks ago at the clinic. My child currently has a wobbly tooth, which has made brushing difficult. I clearly explained this to the dentist during the appointment and also informed her that my child has previously been considered a high caries-risk patient. Unfortunately, my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed during the consultation. The dentist did not clean my child’s teeth properly before applying fluoride varnish. This was particularly concerning as my child had eaten breakfast shortly before the appointment. When I raised this issue, I was told that teeth are not cleaned with a brush prior to fluoride application. I was very surprised by this response, as I have previously observed fluoride being applied only after appropriate cleaning. Additionally, when I attempted to discuss my concerns further, I felt that I was not listened to and that my questions were dismissed. This was especially disappointing given that this appointment was scheduled after a previously cancelled appointment in November, resulting in a long wait for care. As a parent, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously and for appropriate standards of pediatric dental care to be followed, particularly for children identified as high risk for dental caries.

Doctor Alisa -( hopefully I spelled it correctly)-is a professional, she knows what she is doing, always in action, she seems tireless although I noticed that she is very busy. The nurses are of great help to her. It means that the head nurse is also doing her job with insight. Respect! Than you!
