I had a very positive experience at Guy’s Hospital, especially with the amazing staff and dentists on the 23rd floor. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, and very supportive. The dentists showed great care and attention, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The staff on the floor were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I would highly recommend the team on the 23rd floor to anyone in need of excellent dental care. God bless you all.

I had a really positive experience with the dental team at Guy’s Hospital following an urgent NHS 111 referral. I was in severe pain and very anxious after a failed extraction elsewhere, and the team acted quickly to assess me and arrange prompt treatment. The speed of the NHS referral made a huge difference and ensured I was able to get the care I needed without delay. A special thank you to Clara, the dental nurse, who was incredibly kind, calm and professional throughout. She handled my pain and anxiety with such care and reassurance, which made a very difficult situation much more manageable. I’m very grateful to the team for their support and for helping me get out of pain so quickly. Thank you once again

I was here early for CT scan on March 6 9am. There is no one in front of me. Nurses literally talking and chatting their personal relationship and family problems So loud and clear. We can hear all the conversations while waiting. This is very very unprofessional. They literally not doing anything for like 30 mins just to chat. Girls, if you want chat your personal problems, find a cafe!! I hope the management find this ( 9:00 to 9:45 am , CT scan Floor 25 Tower Wing dental department) check the cctv and caught all those nurses doing literally nothing!

I had an excellent experience with the ENT clinic at Guy’s Hospital. After a long wait, I finally had a face-to-face appointment with Dr Skilbeck. He and his team were extremely professional, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My surgery was successful, and I recently had my follow-up appointment …I’m very pleased to say that everything is going well. I’m truly grateful to Dr Skilbeck and the entire team for their care, professionalism, and dedication to their patients. Thank you all for the wonderful work you do.

I was at the hospital today! The dental nurse who saw me was amazing, though I couldn't make right choices at the moment, she was patient and guided me to the right choice. I had said to take the tooth out without a clear X-ray not considering my nerve. But she advised me otherwise. I appreciate your help. Tge receptionist was warm as well. Thank you xx
