I would like to extend my deepest gratitude & commendation to the entire Urgent Dental Team at Guy’s Hospital. Appointment was quick from consultation, imaging until surgery. It was so well organised , smooth, made me comfortable & free of charge. And the staff. Oh my! They were all smiles and will go over and above!!! 👏 Super efficient!!! Special mention to Dr. Hanna & lovely dental nurse ( forgot to ask her name as I was so sore & unwell). Flying to London from Northern Ireland to have my tooth assessed & removed was all worth it. 🙏 I would also wanted to add how delish the food they served in the cafeteria. Tasted like gourmet at a very reasonable price. 🙌

Outstanding care at the Urgent Care Centre at St Thomas’ Hospital this morning. My partner, was treated for a dislocated shoulder, and the professionalism, kindness, and calm reassurance we received were exceptional. Ingrid and Natalia were truly incredible — not only highly skilled, but deeply compassionate. A special mention to Indra, whose humanity and gentleness were extraordinary; witnessing such care was genuinely moving. Both Nurses embody the very best of their profession: cum scientia et misericordia — with knowledge and compassion. We are profoundly grateful. Thank you for everything.

Less than 30 minutes after arriving at the hospital I had already been seen my a nurse and have X-rays taken. Facilities were new and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very impressed!

On holiday in London, I've had flu and now turned into a chest infection, so felt I needed some support. This urgent care centre is brilliant, easy to use, swift in dealing with their customers/ patients. I wish we had something similar in my home town of Barrow in Furness. This centre allowed me to walk off the street, into a swift triage assessment and then a follow up appointment with a Dr. Time spent in this centre start to finish 1.30hrs. I hope this message reaches the two people I had interactions with, 1st Nurse Rachael and 2ndly Dr Ann. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism, it was very much appreciated. The staff at this urgent care were so lovely and put me so at ease. I was in and out within 30 mins and that was at 4pm on a Sunday! Such a well run service
