Scammers Alert! 🚨 These individuals are as dodgy as professional scammers. I had a free consultation, and throughout it, I felt like their staff wasn't properly trained, but this didn't concern me at the time. They were welcoming, and all seemed good. I also paid £700 to begin, and I was told I would receive the ClinCheck plan, which a dentist would assign to me in three days. I waited over a week, and then the problems started. I had to chase them a couple of times to get a proper response. However, they failed to respond, so I contacted WhatsApp support, and then they answered straight away. I received the ClinCheck plan on the Invisalign app, and I didn't like the projected results of how my teeth would look after the entire treatment. I disliked it and contacted them to book an appointment. They again started disappearing, and I had to chase them on WhatsApp. They began saying the doctor wasn't available and to come next week when the doctor would be available. I told them that I wanted a refund. When I paid £700, they clearly stated that I would get a refund if I disagreed with the plan. I thoroughly read and signed the documents, and there was no mention that from that point forward, I would only receive a £400 refund, with £300 deducted for refusal of service. When I brought this up, they sent me a contract with new pages attached and my signature at the end. The plan coordinator told us and assured us that we would be entitled to a full refund as long as we didn't agree with the plan and pay another £675 for them to order the aligners. I was scammed because I relied on Google reviews. I would advise everyone to go elsewhere; there are always discrepancies with these so-called discounted Invisalign providers. Based on their recent reply to this review: They’re happy to release a signed contract but it’s against data protection law. Furthermore, while signing the contract I didn’t notice anything about the refund policy. My sales coordinator explained that after approving the ClinCheck plan and paying £650 the clinic can order aligners. At that point I wouldn’t be able to get a full refund. This is exactly what your sales coordinator said so I felt it was clear. I’m not here to waste my time but if you want to charge the patient do it from the start. Promoting a free consultation. Then you don’t show them the ClinCheck plan which would ultimately show the treatment results then how come it’s free?

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ 🚨 DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE 4.6 STARS. 🚨 📝 FEBRUARY 2026 UPDATE – FIVE MONTHS OF TRAUMA I attended this clinic in September 2025 for an easy fixed retainer replacement. Instead, it became a traumatic experience that has left me with ongoing physical damage, financial loss, and five months of distress that remains completely unresolved. 📝 THE FULL STORY I have had braces and retainers for over 15 years. In June 2025, I had fresh composite bonding done to fix a small gap that had appeared after my permanent retainer broke. My bonding was brand new. My teeth looked good again. In September, I booked with this clinic to have a new fixed retainer fitted behind those same teeth. ⚠️ I WARNED THEM – THEY IGNORED ME I had fresh composite bonding done in June 2025. I explicitly told them this before treatment. Their response? "it’s gonna be fine." They were not fine. They damaged my bonding during the procedure. I was NEVER warned this could happen. No informed consent. No written consent. Had I known the risks, I would have chosen a removable retainer and never proceeded. 💷 HIDDEN FEES & OVERCHARGING · Website clearly states: £150 for fixed retainer · On the day: charged an extra £80 with changing explanations ("review fee," then "removal fee") · Still no refund. Still no accountability. 🦷 CLINICAL DAMAGE · My fresh composite bonding was damaged tooth chipped. · First retainer: bulky, couldn't close my bite properly told it was "normal" · Second retainer: still uncomfortable, caused a persistent lisp I STILL HAVE · Ongoing tooth sensitivity and pain · Left with "bricks of glue" on my teeth 🚫 UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT NO rinsing facilities (spit sinks) at any chairs. During drilling, debris entered my mouth. I had no means to rinse. I was forced to swallow drilled-off glue. This is not safe or hygienic. 📢 INTIMIDATION and COVER-UP ATTEMPTS After my initial review in Sep 2025 the practice contacted me. They asked me to remove it. I refused. They threaten me with defamation. After months of correspondence and denial, they finally offered me a refund of £230 but only if I signed a legal disclaimer (NDA) agreeing to never speak about this experience again and to remove my review. I refused. I have made formal complaints and escalated this matter to: · The Dental Complaints Service · The General Dental Council (GDC) · The Care Quality Commission (CQC) 💔 THE HUMAN COST It is now February 2026. Five months. And I am still dealing with: · Damaged composite bonding that I paid for · A persistent lisp that will not go away · Ongoing tooth sensitivity and discomfort · The stress and anxiety of being gaslit by a practice that harmed me · No refund · No accountability · No resolution I never imagined in my worst nightmare that replacing a fixed retainer could cause me so much trouble, pain, and trauma. I have never experienced anything like this in 15 years of orthodontic care. On top of that, the threats and intimidation. 🎯 MY MESSAGE TO YOU – BEFORE YOU BOOK This practice cares about one thing: their public image and their reviews. You can tell from their response below. They do not care about patients. They do not take responsibility when things go wrong. They will deny everything until you go away. And if you speak out, they will try to silence you with legal threats and gag orders disguised as refunds. ⚖️ MY RIGHTS – WHY THIS REVIEW STAYS This review reflects my honest opinion and true experience as a paying patient. It is protected under: · Section 3 of the Defamation Act 2013 ("honest opinion") · Section 4 of the Defamation Act 2013 ("public interest") A clinic that forces patients to sign away their right to speak out just to receive a refund for harm they caused is concealing the truth, not correcting it. My review stays. My voice stays. And I hope my experience helps others avoid the same nightmare. If this review sounds detailed, it's because I lived through every minute of this nightmare. Please, learn from my experience and choose your dental provider very, very carefully.

Devastating Experience - Incomplete Treatment, Zero Communication, and Complete Lack of Empathy. WARNING FOR FUTURE PATIENTS: If you value your time, money, and emotional welbeing, look for another clinic. I completed my orthodontic treatment here aften 2 years and 3 months (3 months longer than estimated). I am writing this review from a place of deep disappointment and exhaustion. My experience, step by step 1. Ignored Concerns: Starting 6 months before the projected completion date, at every appointment I clearly expressed to the doctors that I was not happy with the result, specifically with the alignment of my upper front teeth. Their response was always the same: "It needs a little more time" and "a few adjustments to the wire will fix it.'" This was repeated appointment after appointment, With no improvement. 2. Warnings Not Heeded: At my last three appointments, I explicitly informed them that I was leaving the country and that, due to the lack of progress, I no longer wished to continue the treatment. At no point did anyone (neither the doctor nor the staff) explain the process for finishing treatment or that bracket removal was a separate appointment that had to be scheduled at the reception desk. 3. The Final Breakdown: Yesterday, at what I hoped would be my final appoint ment, exhaustec and seeing no solutions, I asked them to remove my brackets. The response was inhumane. They refused, telling me coldly that this was "another appointment with an additiona cost"' and that I had to arrange it at reception At that moment. the frustration of 9 months of not being heard exploded, and I began to cry in the consultation room. 4. Lack of Professionalism and Empathy: Instead of offering comfort or a solution, they asked me to leave the consultation room because they "needed to attend to other patients" They are sending me back to my country (I leave this Sunday) with the brackets still on. without resolving my case, and having paid for a treatment that did not deliver what was promised. Conclusion: This clinic may seem "affordable" and offer "easy payment plans," but you get what you pay for. The real cost is wasted time, broken trust, and impersonal treatment. They are more focused on moving patients through than on listening to them and soling their problems. I do not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. I am leaving with my braces still on, my spirits crushed, and the lesson that for heath treatments, clear communication and empathy are as important as technical skill. I can't attach photos because I cry just looking in the mirror and I feel completely disappointed that I let so much time pass for everything to look so bad, and my bite is also messed up; they left me with bite blocks that I shouldn't have. Everything is wrong.
