Just wanted to share the excellent service I received from Aspire. Despite my dentist & the Head of Admin being away, I got in touch when my temp cap came out & even though there were no slots available, I was called back when a no show occurred & they immediately fitted me in. Priya was an excellent dentist too so all was sorted out within 2 hours of the mishap. Can’t thank them enough for helping me & accommodating me.

Dentists couldn’t recognise serious problem on time, while was urgently needed root canal treatment. Lost tooth because of these incompetent clinic. Regarding your recent response as you always so hardly excusing yourself for your incompetence. Respectfully delete first sentence from chat GPT. Secondly, the date of my review doesn’t mean necessarily the date of the visit. My visit happened way earlier! And yes I lost my tooth, because your dentist wasn’t bothered to do correct examination!!! I had to struggle in the horrible pain and turned to another clinic in central London, and it was too late to treat and only removal was as an option. I had abscess half of my face was swollen. I wish that your professionals cared!! Go on, write down another excuse! But use your academic knowledge, not AI!!!

I believe it’s important to share experiences, especially when it comes to medical or dental services. This review has been long time coming, but I wanted to provide feedback based on my visit last year for a check-up and hygiene cleaning. At the time of booking, the process was smooth. The receptionist was kind, and making the payment was easy. However, when it comes to the quality of the dental service, I feel there are areas for improvement. Initially, everything was going well—my appointment wasn’t during a busy time, and I was even seen about 10-15 minutes earlier due to a no-show. However, when that patient eventually turned up, I immediately felt that my service was rushed and compromised. This is the last thing anyone wants, especially when paying for a service. It’s essential that every patient receives equal care and attention, regardless of the circumstances. I paid around £120 for the check-up and cleaning, and while the initial experience was positive, the quality of care should never be affected by the presence of other patients. It’s crucial that all clients, whether frequent or not, receive the same level of professionalism, quality, and efficiency. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning. First impressions are critical, and ensuring that each patient feels valued should always be a priority. I hope the service has improved since then.
