I recently completed a dental implant procedure at Scott Arms Dental Practice, and I wanted to share how positive my experience has been. From the very first consultation the dentist was incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain the entire implant process clearly and patiently, which really helped put me at ease. Dental work can understandably make people anxious, but his calm approach and professionalism made the whole experience feel very well managed and under control. The quality of the workmanship has been excellent. The implant feels comfortable, natural, and the attention to detail throughout the treatment was obvious. Everything was done with great care, and the results speak for themselves. What I particularly appreciated was that the dentist did not push unnecessary treatments. Instead, he gave sensible and honest recommendations about possible work that could be considered further down the line, explaining what would be beneficial and what could reasonably wait. That level of transparency really builds trust. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and the service I received. If anyone is considering dental implant treatment, I would highly recommend Scott Arms Dental Practice. A very professional, reassuring experience from start to finish.

I visited today as an emergency with a painful tooth that had been temporarily filled previously, I had decided to have it taken out. Shyam Patel was excellent, explained my options, double checked when I chose extraction, which I appreciated. The procedure was really quick and painless, once injections had been done. I thought he was thorough, explained everything really well, and as a very nervous patient He and his assistant Poppy made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout. Thank you, a great experience for a dentist visit I was dreading and gad kept putting off, I would definitely recommend and return 😊 👍

I can’t recommend Vimal Rathod highly enough! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I’ve always had a real phobia of going to the dentist due to some bad experiences in the past, so I was extremely nervous about having treatment done. Vimal was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, reassured me throughout the process, and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. His calm and professional manner genuinely made all the difference. The treatment itself was handled so smoothly and gently that it completely changed my perspective on dental visits. For the first time, I left a dentist appointment feeling relieved and grateful instead of anxious. If you’re someone who feels nervous about dental treatment, I honestly couldn’t recommend Vimal more. He’s absolutely awesome at what he does and truly cares about his patients’ comfort and wellbeing.
