I have been with this dental practice for over 15 years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The dentist is highly professional, skilled, and always makes me feel comfortable and well looked after. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic always very polite, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. From booking appointments to being greeted on arrival, everything is handled smoothly and with a smile. I truly appreciate the consistent, high-quality service over the years and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Staff are always friendly and approachable, the dentist is clean and the dentists are lovely, so easy to contact and arrange or rearrange an appointment. And amazing with children my kids have been going since they were 6 months to other dentists and my kids did not like it but since coming here they love the dentists so happy I was able to transfer to this one!

I had a great experience at Rise Park Smile Centre. The entire team is extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Everything runs very smoothly, and you’re never left waiting or unsure about what’s happening. The reception staff are especially efficient and welcoming a particular mention to Bev, who is outstanding. She is friendly, organised, and always goes out of her way to help, which really makes a difference. It’s clear that the practice is well run and genuinely cares about patient experience.
