I’ve been a regular patient at this dental practice for more than 15 years. Dr. Lubna has always been welcoming, caring and very professional. She makes sure the patient fully understands the procedure and she gives clear, straightforward advice after each session. I highly recommend her.

Very rude customer service, phoned to ask about their services and met a sassy lady on the line, being sarcastic telling me that they’re a private practice, when I’d only asked about their hygienist. She wouldn’t even tell me what their availability is like, and refused to let me know unless I pay their £30 registration. Honestly, not even interested in being their patient if they already have a rude customer service.
